About this service

Cooler cabin, sharper looks, no compromises.

XPEL XR PLUS is a true nano‑ceramic film, not dyed or metalized. It rejects infrared heat across the entire spectrum so your A/C works less, your seats stop baking, and your interior holds its color for the life of the vehicle. Every install is hand‑cut and heat‑formed in our climate‑controlled bay.

There are window tints, and then there is XPEL ceramic. We install XPEL XR PLUS, a true ceramic film that uses nano‑ceramic particles to reject heat without changing the look of your glass dramatically. The cabin stays cooler, your A/C works less, and your interior is shielded from UV damage.

Every install is performed in a clean, controlled environment. We hand‑cut and heat‑shape every panel for a precise edge‑to‑edge fit, free of gaps or visible relief cuts. The result is a clean, finished look that complements the rest of the vehicle.

We help you choose the right shade for your goals and Michigan tint laws, and we guide you through aftercare so the film cures correctly and performs for the life of the vehicle.

VLT, or Visible Light Transmission, is the percentage of light that passes through the film. The lower the number, the darker the look. Every shade below uses XPEL XR PLUS ceramic film, so heat and UV rejection are excellent across the entire range.

Why it matters

The difference you will actually see and feel.

Cooler interior, faster

Up to 98% infrared heat rejection means a noticeably cooler cabin within minutes of starting the car, even in peak summer.

Skin and interior protection

99% UV rejection blocks the rays that fade leather and dashboards, and the rays that age your skin during long commutes.

True optical clarity

Crystal clear views in any light. No purple shift, no haze, no muddy night vision after years of use.

Signal‑friendly technology

Non‑metallic ceramic film means no interference with GPS, cellular, AM/FM radio, keyless entry, or onboard sensors.

What it protects against

Every threat your finish faces, neutralized.

A breakdown of the real-world damage we shield your vehicle from, every season, every commute.

Cabin heat in summer

Up to 98 percent of infrared heat rejected, dropping interior temperatures within minutes of starting the car.

UV skin damage

99 percent of UV rays blocked. The same protection as a strong sunscreen, every minute you are in the car.

Interior fade

Leather, dashboards, and screens stay color true for years instead of cracking and bleaching.

Glare on long drives

Reduced glare from sunrise commutes, snow off the road, and oncoming headlights at night.

Smash and grab visibility

Darker shades make it harder to see what is in your cabin from outside, an underrated layer of security.

AC strain

Cooler cabin means the AC works less, which is real fuel and battery savings on EVs especially.

Our process

How a window tint install goes down.

  1. 1

    Glass deep clean

Every window is cleaned, scraped of any contaminants, and dried so no debris ends up trapped under the film.

  2. 2

    Pattern and fit

Film is plotted from a digital pattern for your exact vehicle, then trimmed and dry‑fit on the glass.

  3. 3

    Heat shaping

Each panel is heat‑formed to match curved glass perfectly, eliminating relief cuts and gaps along the edges.

  4. 4

    Wet install

Film is applied with a slip solution and squeegeed flat for an even, bubble‑free, clean‑edged finish.

  5. 5

    Cure and care brief

We walk you through the cure window, when to roll your windows down, and how to keep the film perfect for the long term.

Is this for me

Perfect for the way you actually drive.

EVs and luxury sedans

Big glass roofs and panoramic windshields turn cabins into greenhouses. Ceramic film makes the difference between cooked and comfortable.

Trucks and SUVs with factory privacy glass

Match the rear glass with two front doors so the entire vehicle reads as one finish.

Long distance commuters

Block UV during sunrise commutes, reduce glare, and stop interior fade on west facing afternoons.

Performance and sports cars

Crystal clear nighttime views with a clean factory look that respects the lines of the vehicle.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty, registered to your VIN.

Every XPEL XR PLUS install is registered with the manufacturer under your name and VIN. The lifetime warranty covers fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking, and discoloration. Our installer warranty covers the workmanship of every panel.

  • XPEL lifetime warranty against fading, bubbling, peeling, cracking
  • Workmanship warranty on every panel
  • Transferable to a new owner within the warranty period
  • Replacement film at no cost if a defect is found
Aftercare

Keep it looking like the day we delivered it.

Keep windows up for 5 to 7 days

Allow the slip solution to dry and the film to fully bond to the glass before rolling windows down.

Expect light haze early

Small water pockets and slight haze are normal during cure. They disappear cleanly within the first week.

Cleaning the film

After cure, use ammonia free glass cleaner and a soft microfiber towel. Avoid abrasive paper towels and sharp objects near the edges.

Window stickers

Avoid placing stickers or suction cups on the film for the first month. After that, removable mounts are fine.

Rear defroster

Defroster lines remain fully functional after install. They are below the film, not above, and unaffected.

Long term

The film cures with the OEM glass smoothness. No special care needed beyond ammonia free cleaning every couple weeks.
